Chicken Biryani Home made style

 1 kg Chicken
 4 cups Rice
 4 qts cardamon
 spice
 6 tbsp Biryani Masala
 1 tsp Garam Masala
 0.25 kg Tomato
 0.25 Onion
 4 qts Chilli
 6 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
 1 tsp Lemon Juice
 0.50 cup Curd

Wash and soak the Basmati rice for 30 Minutes.

Clean the meat and keep it aside for the water to drain.

In a large vessel add ghee 2tsb and oil 2tsb and heat them. Once they are heated add spices, and salt to it. Heat them for few seconds till you get the spices fragrances.

Add chopped onion to it and saute it well so the onions are cooked thoroughly.

Add tomato,chilli,meat and ginger garlic paste to the sauted onions. Keep Stirring and cook for 15 mins. Add curd,lemon juice,biryani masala and garam masala to it.stir well so that they donโ€™t charred. Let meat gets cooked for 15 minutes.

Boil the basmati rice for 2 mins,drain the water and dry it.

Add water to the cooking meat in the ratio 2 cup of water for every 1 cup of rice.

Let the meat gravy boil nicely. Once the meat gravy is boiled add the rice into it.

Stir lightly so that the rice grains are not broken but the masala is coated to every grains.

Close the vessel nicely to trap the steam inside the vessel.

Keep the flame in high for 5 mins then low the flame for 4 mins.Turn of the flame and let the biryani cook for 15 mins in dum.

Open the vessel and stir softly from bottom to top.

Yummy chicken biryani is ready.
