If you are shopping Amazon Great Indian Festival pet food deals, the honest short answer is that the real saving comes from the pack size and the card offer, not the headline discount. Dog food is bought every month, so a small difference in price per kg adds up over a year. This guide covers five picks from the current pet deals, with a per-kg method you can use on your phone at checkout.

🥣 Dry Dog Food Deals
For dry food, price per kg is the fairest comparison. A bigger bag can look cheaper, but it is only better value if you will use it before the food goes stale. The table shows how to work out the figure from the price on the product box.
| Pack | Weight | How to work out price per kg |
|---|---|---|
| Chappi Adult 20 kg | 20 kg | Price shown ÷ 20, then apply any bank offer |
| LICKICIOUS Optima Adult 10 kg | 10 kg | Price shown ÷ 10, then apply any coupon |
| Chappi Adult 7 kg | 7 kg | Price shown ÷ 7, for a smaller-bag comparison |
Take the price on the box, apply the HDFC card discount if you pay with that card, then divide by the weight. That gives the real cost per kg, which is the number to compare. We did not print prices here because they change through the sale.

🧾 Tips Before You Buy in the Sale
- Check the sale dates on amazon.in before you order. Our sources gave different start dates, so trust the live page.
- Match the pack size to your dog’s weight and age. A large bag only saves money if it is eaten before it goes stale.
- Read the label for complete and balanced status. Look for an adult or all-life-stage line that fits your dog.
- Measure your dog before buying a kennel. Check length, height and the internal size against the product page.
- Read the Subscribe & Save terms, including delivery frequency and how to cancel.
- Ask a vet before adding supplements or a daily chew, especially if your dog is on other medicine or has a health condition.
❓ Pet Food Deal FAQs
Is Chappi 20 kg better value than the 7 kg pack?
Usually a bigger bag has a lower price per kg, but only after the sale price and any card offer are applied. Divide the price on each box by its weight and compare the two figures. Buyer reviews for this food were not verified in our research.
Is LICKICIOUS dry food complete and balanced for an adult dog?
The listing says it is complete and balanced for adult dogs, which is a manufacturer claim. Check the label on the pack you receive. If your dog has a specific health need, ask your vet before switching food.
Can I give Drools tablets daily, and how many?
The listing describes a daily vitamin tablet, but we do not give dosing advice. Ask your vet whether your dog needs a supplement and how many tablets suit your dog’s weight and age. Do not start a supplement on your own.
Does Dentastix help with tartar, and is it safe for a sensitive stomach?
The listing claims it is clinically proven and vet recommended for oral care, but these are manufacturer claims. It is a chew, not a replacement for brushing or a vet dental check. If your dog has a sensitive stomach, ask your vet before giving it.
Will a 23 inch kennel fit a Labrador or Golden Retriever for air or car travel?
The listing positions this kennel for small dogs, puppies and cats, so check the fit carefully for a large breed. Measure your dog standing, from nose to base of tail and from floor to top of head, and compare with the internal size on the product page. Also check the airline or travel rules for pet size.
